This is a fun, introspective and creative, hands-on workshop where each member uncovers their personal values, explores what truly motivates them, and begins shaping their vision for work and life. A key pillar of this workshop is building self-awareness and trusting ourselves to lead the way. Participants gain clarity on what matters most, better understand how they naturally work, and leave with a clearer sense of how to align their choices with their values while collaborating around shared priorities.
